My story
Origins
I grew up in Andalusia, in Nerja, between the sea and the mountains, in a warm and sunny climate shaped by a simple relationship to nature and food. From this early environment, I have kept a direct and non-judgmental relationship to the body and to sensuality, as well as a straightforward way of being in the world. Coming from a close and grounded family, I developed essential values such as respect, reliability, a sense of connection, and an inner stability that now supports the way I work.
From an early age, I developed a curiosity about the world around me, with a strong interest in art and culture. Reading, especially philosophy, supports my reflection and helps structure my thinking. Music also holds an important place in my life, as a sensitive space that accompanies this openness.
Travel and openness to the world
I enjoy traveling because it opens the mind and shifts perspectives. Discovering different ways of thinking, eating, and living nourishes my curiosity and shapes the way I relate to others.
My travels brought me to Brussels, where I found a place to settle. It is an open and diverse city, shaped by many languages and cultures. It has become my home base, as well as the place where I met my chosen family.

My training background
I first completed an intensive training in Swedish massage at the Escuela Europea de Masaje in Barcelona, Spain. This training gave me a solid technical foundation and a precise understanding of the body. I then continued my path with training in Californian massage at the Temana school in Paris, France, where I developed a more global approach, focused on sensation, fluidity of movement, and quality of presence. Below, you will find links to these schools. You can access their websites directly by clicking on the links.

Music selection for massage
Music plays an important role in my practice. During sessions, I select soft and enveloping atmospheres that support relaxation, breathing, and letting go. I have also gathered a selection of relaxing and spiritual music available on YouTube. To access it, please click the button below.
